Shipping & Return Policy

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders will be notified as Processing/Shipped.
When your order is shipped out, we will update a tracking code via email so that you can stay up-to-date with your order status. 

RETURNS& EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us first at support@edcbyspearhead.com before sending any return.
Items must be brand new, unused, and include all original packaging and paperwork.
Returns received after 30 days or in non-original condition may not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders with economy or express shipping will be refunded minus US$8 or more to cover initial shipping.
Damaged or incomplete packaging may incur additional fees.

EXCHANGES

To arrange an exchange, please email us at support@edcbyspearhead.com.
You’ll be asked to ship the item back prepaid; new items will be sent after inspection.

Return Shipping

Use a trackable shipping service or add insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Items not in new condition will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
